If Ivanhoe Electric employees, management, or directors, are engaging in conduct that violates our values and standards, we want to know about it. Ivanhoe Electric has an independently operated web reporting portal and 24-hour telephone service which are available for all stakeholders to report unethical behavior, including fraud. You can make a report directly at ivanhoeelectric.ethicspoint.com or use the same site to find the appropriate toll-free number to submit a verbal report.
Your identity will be protected by EthicsPoint, and your report will be forwarded to the appropriate Ivanhoe Electric representative. If your report names a specific member of management, they will not receive the report.
